This Is Important Stuff Kids.
This is really important. Now, if you hadn't already worked it out, the first
step towards buying a photo is to click on the buy button which is under any
photo you wish to purchase. It will then come up with a screen that looks
something like this.First of all, don't worry about the watermark still being there as on your actual product, it will be gone. It is only there so that people know where the image belongs to. So now, in this next shot, I have added some numbers to the different areas and will go over what each bit is.SO here hey are in numerical order :
1. This grey bar is to select which kind of product you wish to purchase. The choices are currently Prints, Posters, Canvas', cards, downloads and e-cards. E-cards are free to send to others through email.
2. Here, you can change the measurement units for dimensions and the currency prices are displayed in. You can also see how many items are in your cart.
3. This is the area where you can see what exact kind of print you are buying and the size in inches/centimeters. You can click on the more sizes button to choose from more sizes.
4. The image you are purchasing is displayed here, just incase you somehow forgot what it was. Occasionally, the size you wish to purchase doesn't match the ratio of the actual image and you will have to crop out part of it. A white box will appear on this preview which you can drag about and resize to determine the exact crop.
5. In this area, you can see the price of the image size you have selected and where applicable, the kind of paper.
After you have adjusted all of these areas as necessary, click add to cart to add the item to your cart. Beware of shipping prices to some countrys and in some cases, processing fees. Thank you for reading this and happy shopping!
N.B - If you want to contact someone for customer service for whatever reason, you can email me at [email protected] and although there is only so much I can do, I will try to get back to you quickly. For most issues however, contact Fotomoto who I sell my images through as they have a much better customer service. They can be found at www.fotomoto.com .
